Change of Major Petition / Double Major Petition
- To switch major(s) to another, to drop major(s), to add an additional major, or to change your declared major(s). This process is through the College of Letters & Science. If you are in the College of Engineering or College of Creative Studies, please contact either the Linguistics undergrad advisor or a college advisor for the correct petition.

Late Add Petition
- Please contact the course instructor and secure their approval before completing this form. While instructors do not need to sign the form, the College of Letters & Science requires instructor approval.
